Round 5

Dirrell throwing a couple of left hooks before switching southpaw and hammering Abraham's guard with 1-2s. Abraham absorbs Dirrell's flurries until they pause, then lands a big right hand but AD resumes punching immediately and backs him off. Abraham misses another big sweeping hook (Dirrell again ducking underneath it). Dirrell now headhunting and getting everything picked off. Abraham is throwing some weird combinations now, leading with the right and then firing a left jab behind it - the rights are getting caught on Dirrell's gloves right in front of his chest and the jabs are just missing his chin, landing on the side of his neck.

Abraham is NOT out of this fight, whatosever. He's one aggressive push from a knockdown.

 

Dirrell pulls out with his head up in the clouds. Like a royal IDIOT. atsch

 

Dirrell has to calm down and get to his jab and win the fight relaxed and gradually. He might get overconfident and leave himself open.

Dirrell's corner are absolutely awful. Dangerously bad.

 

Dirrell is showing tremendous skills, it's just a matter of being able to sustain it. It'll get reallly interesting around the 9th round.
