Regardless of what you think of Neumann, he still managed to beat Miranda despite a broken jaw. On top of that, coming into the first fight, Miranda was undefeated with self confidence going through the roof. Ever since he has not only lost, but been knocked out. Arthur, on the other hand, has delivered several knockouts since. And while his opponents weren't all that, it's still something that gives you a lot of confidence in the ring.

Those combined, Abraham loses the German-advantage in the rematch, but gains a psychological one.

I doubt Miranda will be psyched out by Abraham. Regardless of whether we agree, he probably believes he was cheated out of a victory in a fight when his opponent spent most of the time circling the ring.

    I honestly don't think so.
If Anything I think Abraham will come out more defensive than Miranda. (Cause of the jaw)
Pantera's bounce back fight's after the K.O. loss to Pavlik showed no effect's.

    It's gonna be a WAR!...
    I'll take Miranda by K.O.

I think AA has confidence going in that he will not get knocked out, everytime AA came forward and threw shots he would score, Now I aint saying that he will knock out Miranda but if his jaw holds up this time, I see a clear cut win for AA, Miranda simply can not fight going back.

Same reason here and if he was able to survive, beat and hurt Miranda with a broken jaw heavily bleeding then that sums it up right there. Not sure how good will Abraham be able to handle power punches from Miranda after a brutal fight like that but I doubt he'll need all of it, Miranda is going to gas out regardless and TKO'd in the 7th or 8th.

You know my initial prediction is a Miranda knock out, but when I re evaluate the first fight, you have to not just consider the ref deducting points or the broken jaw, what you MUST consider is that when that jaw was broken in the 4th AA was able to fight 8 more rounds to keep Miranda from stopping him.
Now I know you will say that he ran sure he had to look at the jaw he had to protect but even then he would flurry in spots and would hit Miranda with good shots he actually hurt Miranda in the fight as well some of you tend to over look that.
but look at it this way, with a broken jaw and that much blood loss the man was able to still stick around long enough to pull it out. imagine had there been no broken jaw and no blood loss, you would have a much more agressive Abarham who would also be much more active in late rounds becuase he would not have lost that much blood.
sorry but when you lose blood in a fight it causes you to slow down and as much as AA lost I wouldnt be shocked if he was a bit light headed during the last third of the fight due to the blood loss, its a miracle he didnt pass out.
Either way I think its a pick em fight now that I re look at it, but at 168 I still favor Miranda being that this is AA first fight in the US against a man who beat the life out of him.
but dont be shocked if AA wins it, that is very possible.

I had Miranda winning by at least 8 - 4 on rounds . . . most of those point deductions were utter BS. That fight should at the very least be changed to a no contest.

Yeah, it's a real confidence builder knowing you're gonna fight the guy who broke your jaw in two places a second time ... but this time without a bought ref, predisposed judges, corrupt doctors, and compromised fight officials ...

I think this will be a great fight. Abraham is hugely underrated outside of Europe. He is tough as hell and has genuine once punch KO power. We all know about Miranda's limitations but his tremendous punch power is a great equaliser. I feel Abraham's better chin and better boxing ability can see him get a mid-late round KO.

However with the fight being in America i see this working against Abraham if it goes the distance. European judges tend to favour quality of punches over work rate were as i think non-European judges (especially American judges) give to much credit to a fighters work rate even if said fighter is barely landing any quality, clean shots. With Abraham's tendancy to take long periods of a round of and just cover up, even if Abraham does land the cleaner punches i can see Miranda getting the nod in any close rounds due to his higher work rate even if his punches are just landing on Abrahams high, tight guard. Obviously it's not where the fight takes place but where the judges are from that will determine this but with the fight taking place in America i think atleast two of the judges will be non-European.

Still, whatever happens it should be a very intense, higly-charged, exciting fight.

    Abraham stops Miranda this time.

He seemed to wobble Miranda everytime he opened up in the first fight.Minus the wildcard(broken jaw)i think he will perform much better.

I see your point, but I think Miranda has a psychological advantage just b/c of how brutal his injuries were and how Miranda pretty much dominated the fight. Abraham did well in spots...showed his skills but still was on the lossing end of most of the rounds. I think he knows he got a "home town" decision and I really don't think he wanted to face off with Miranda again. He did so only b/c there were not many other options out there for him.

Arthur Abraham will win by tko he will never lose this fight by ko, he is too strong and has to much heart to go down. Miranda can. try his dirty antics but this time abraham will win and make it clear to everyone that he is much more talented fighter.
