Abraham fight: proof Froch is better than Dirrell

LOL wow..surprising that they would outright say that.

 

Froch landed 3 and a half punches on Dirrell.

Dirrell landed perhaps 25 clean, head snapping power punches on Froch and had him wobbled in the latter rounds.

This is all on video tape and you can watch it -- for free even.

 

you guys are hilarious. Froch beating Abraham had nothing to do with Dirrell. Styles make fights. surely you've heard that before..

People go way over the top with a fighter after a win like this. Froch fought a good fight, Abraham didn't. Froch isn't suddenly ten times the fighter that he was yesterday, he'll still have trouble against other fighters. Same with Ward, had a tough fight against a tough style and people suddenly think he's ****. 99% of people on this forum know **** all about the sport. Dirrell was unlucky to not get the decision against Froch and Froch was unlucky to not get the decision against Kessler, that's the sport. Use your eyes, be objective and don't believe the hype.

 

Those guys were a ****ing joke. In fact our commentary in general is absolutely atrocious. The mjority of people on this forum have better knowledge than them.

Even down to the fact they were ALL calling Abraham "AbrahamS". I know thats a small thing to pick up on but they didn't even know the correct name of one of the fighters. Terrible.

rubbish, froch hit dirrell PLENTY of times, Dirrell just grab even time so froch could not follow up. that is why dirrell got the point taken off.

froch won that fight clearly, I rewatch it again yesterday morning and it just gets clearer and clearer everything time why froch won.

the problem here is hype, the american media just hypes up their fighters no end and then they get lots of gift decisons in their home town.

if froch and ward fight the final, it better not be i oakland (did you see the score cards fro bike ward, btw...)

 

How did you calculate that Froch beat Abraham better than Dirrell did? Dirrell beat him first and dominated him winning every round and knocking him down. Froch dominated aswell but he didn't land shots as cleanly on abraham as Dirrell did.
The judges picked Froch against Dirrell in a close fight in Frochs hometown, hardly proof that Froch is the better fighter is it. As you say fans are divided on who won that fight, I'm not British or American and I think Dirrell got the better of Froch in that fight and landed the meaningful punches. From memory Froch only landed 2 or 3 decent punches for the whole fight.
