Abraham fought with a broken rib!!!

    A hairline-fracture to be exact. He revealed that in the German post-fight interview and said he had a lot of pain. It happened a day or two before the fight and only his trainer and physio knew of it and obvioulsy they didn't want to make it public beforehand nor cancel the fight because of it.

    For me this explains why AA seemed much more nervous than normally and also fought way more cautious.

    when i heard it, i thought the opposite: he accelerated early because he doesn't want to risk getting it damaged more.

    but it's all overinterpreting, i guess. in the end, everything that counts is abraham is a total badass - fighting with a jaw that ****ed up in the first one is enough proof.

    Yeah, dude isnt gonna quit for ****, thats for sure... Broken jaw one fight, broken rib the next.. AA is diesel..

    Why shoul he himself do so just after the fight? If you don't know about his personality in detail (and for sure you don't know) then just leave it alone...

    Its a bunch of bull****. I know his personality is bull**** from his bull**** from the last bull**** fight. If he dont say **** before the fight, dont say **** know. STFU and move on and keep practicing your looping haymakers.

    Why should he have revealed it beforehand, so that Miranda knows where he can hurt him? :nut

    It's a fact that fighting with a broken rib and doing what he did to Miranda makes it all the more impressive...

    If Miranda would have done it you would definitely agree....

    He did reveal it beforehand, when he was dumb enough to pick Miranda. He couldn't pick grapes. Even if he did they'd be sour.

    abraham is nails. miranda can fight and can punch and does his level best to intimidate before a bout. if the rib story is true; it was a real risk and he must have some sort of freak pain threshold coz it's hard enough to laugh with a bust rib, never mind fight.
