You're not even able to recognize when a slip is real, which is the easiest thing to see in that fight. The way both Dirrell legs slip is impossible to fake. There are rules in boxing. They are there to be followed. Dumbass.
Stupid ??? I knew I would get someone to bite. Lets face it. Dirrel was out of gas. He was on his way out. It really doesnt matter regarding all that CUTE stuff that he was trying to do earlier. What matter is --- who the Boss is. Old school. Everyone knows "who the Boss was". Even you. If they ever fight again, Dirrel will get ****ed up even worse. Oh, by the way, where the **** was the Reff when Dirrel got stiffened. He was on the other side of the ring (opposite corner). He really wasnt letting them fight all nite long.
i like guzman as a fighter but his ass flat out cheated. those 9 pounds made a difference those punches had more effect than in the first fight and ali punches didnt have no effect in this fight. he was getting bully on the inside.
I doubt it. He won a SD against a lightweight and he fought as a welter. NO one will risk fighting this guy at 135 or 140. He could not get lower then 144...so he looked decent against the LW but what happends when he has to fight a full fledged Welter???
Bull****. Funeka was ****ed royally on Saturday. He had to take the fight against a good fighter who didn't have to make sacrifices to come in at the weight limit. Not having to cut weight, Guzman had stronger legs, better endurance, and more power throughout the fight. Guzman didn't even try to make 135 and will go on to get promoted by GBP and get at least one more undeserved payday - Funeka gets another bull**** loss (he beat Campbell) on his record and will have to wait a little longer to get his title shot - or at the very least, he will have less leverage in purse negotiations. I can't tell whether AA hit Dirrell on purpose when he was down or if he just couldn't see through his badly cut eye, so I won't pass judgment. Either way, Dirrell couldn't continue so a DQ was the right call.
