    Clearly a KD>

Dirrell's legs give out, he was going to go down either way. Just watch his legs are AA connects. Noodles.

Dirrell's hit was a forearm to the neck while AA was off balance. Not clear, but it was not a KD.

AA's right hit flush on Dirrells jaw and you can see his upper body reacting to it (head circling, arms flailing). He was going down and did not have the body control to recover from the supposed foot trip. If it was a trip, Dirrell would have naturally try to stay up like human instincts, especially boxers, would do. But he did not, since he was dazed a bit. That is a KD imo.

Either way, the DQ was legit.

of course it was,, If your gonna argue it wasnt you'd have to also argue Abraham didnt get knocked down because his upper body was moving away from Dirrell when he was caught. KO no doubt

What if the ref did call it a knockdown? Would it make a difference? Dirrell got back up and totally negated Arthur Abraham's resulting attack. In the next round he was clearly outboxing AA easily--AA didn't land a single meaningful punch while Dirrell attacked his body and head! The man was on his way to a unanimous decision victory before the foul...this petty squabble over the legitimacy of the 10th round knockdown is a ridiculous mountain out of molehill.

It was a legit knock down but I had Dirrell winning 8-1 by that time, Abraham won that round so I had it 8-2 Dirrell.

Yeah, that's a knockdown. The fact that he fell over Abraham's shoe is irrelevant to the fact that it was a punch that set him moving in that direction.

How did you have the fight scored up to the point of the stoppage?

    7-3, each with a KD?
That would make the score 96-92 at the time?

I had it 8-2, each with a KD.
That would make the score 97-91 at the time. (I gave Round 3 to Dirrell, and gave Arthur Rounds 8 and 10)

That's pretty wide either way for a guy who was supposed to be KOd easily according to most here.

Who cares? Dirrell was way ahead on points anyway. Arthur needed a KO not a KD.
