The Calzaghe one should have been ruled no knockdown as well, and would have been if the referee had seen the forearm.

Are you struggling with what constitutes a legal punch, because I can explain it again if necessary?

Clean punch but AD did trip on AA foot. AD never would have fell if its wasnt for AA foot being in the way.

I'm noticing a lot of bandwidth exceeded stuff, Philla. You might want to try tinypic instead of photobucket.

It's a KD in the same way Dawson scored a KD against Adamek (punch + southpaw/orthodox feet entanglement)

How can you not see AD heel caught on AA foot??

If they had called it a kd then the AA kd should have been called as well.

Dirrell got knocked down and Abraham was pushed. It's not hard.

That said, Dirrell looked pretty good.

    Yes, it was a knockdown.

It should have been ruled a knockdown, but AA would have needed at least one or two more KDs to have a chance of getting a draw even, on my score card anyway.

Anyway, it's academic now, since AA lost FAIR AND SQUARE because he landed a blatant foul shot.

It was a clear as day that it was from a punch. Dirrell was landing a short left hook. When a gloves touch the fighters face or neck, or chest, or shoulders after a swing it's a kd that Abraham was falling on the ropes that save him from a knockdown. I don't know how is a push when Dirrell swing the left hook on Abraham.

The bias on here is embarrassing.

    A punch with a forearm?

The forearm was from Jones knockdown Calzaghe. This one is from a punch. Dirrell was swinging from that left gloves that LANDED!!! on abraham that send abraham to the ropes that save him from a knockdown.
