Just read on another site that Abraham said this should be a lesson for Pavlik to not underestimate a fighter like Hopkins. He also said that he still plans to fight Marquez next and travel to USA for a fight with Pavlik right after it if Pavlik has the courage. Thoughts? :smoke
With the second part it's just typical PR...but with his statement that the more clever wins (just in summary) - it's just his feelings and the typical proposition he always gives on German TV after his fights...

Smart move by Abraham (and I actually believe he is right with his comment about Pavlik underestimating B-Hop). This fight MUST happen, then we'll have the undisputed #1 at Middleweight! :happy
I said Abraham by K.O before the Hopkins fight, and I;m sticking with that. 7th round TKO for Arthur Abraham.
Exactly.. At first though, I was about 60/40 on who would win, but after Pavliks fight with Hopkins, I'm convinced a little more even though Pavlik had to gain 10lbs for the fight.. Abraham just has a better defense, more one punch power, and he can take a ****ing shot.. I don't think it's so much that Pavlik was underestimating Hopkins, but something was wrong with Pavlik Saturday night.. I don't know what, but I don't think Pavlik's gonna' underestimate Abraham whenever they do fight because he'll know Abraham can take him out if he makes too many mistakes..
