I was torn when I saw the poll. I felt it would be a VERY hard and competitive fight.

Then I saw that the poll is not about who would win, but who has the hardest one punch .... and that is not as difficult. clearly AA does. In fact he has one of the hardest single punches in boxing p4p.

Abraham in terms of punching power, no doubt in my mind AT ALL.

But will Abraham' punch power be as strong at 168 as it was down at middleweight?

We know Froch has incredible power at Super-Middle, but we have not seen it from Abraham yet?

Mind - was the second fight against Miranda at something like 170 lb?

AA, definitely. Froch needs to wear people down before he KO's them. AA can be a clumsy, lazy ****** and cover up in the corner for 11 rounds, and then just spark his opponents out with one bomb.

AA hits harder imo and is also the better all round fighter.

Abrahams defence is very good, but Froch has not even heard of the concept.

Going to go with Froch as I'm not sure about Abrahams relative power at 168. May change my mind after Oct 17th though....

both men have their share of flaws but a lack of power damn sure isnt one of them. both can hit.

but i have to go w/ aa. the man has tremendous one punch power.

Ive seen way more of Froch than Abraham but id go with Abraham.

Froch just seems to be one of those guys who althought there isnt a massive snap on his punches hes so damm heavy handed it doesnt matter. His uppercut is brutal when it lands but overall Abraham becuase he has a bit more snap and speed on his shots.

AA is No.1 in terms of punching power p4p imho.

He has one punch KO power, but this doesn't mean that he's the best in knocking out guys. Pavlik for example has a slightly higher KO ratio.

I don't think we know the answer.

Froch KOed Taylor, but he failed to stop Pascal who was seriously rocked by Omar Pittman; a guy with a 38% KO ratio against poor opposition.

Abraham KOed Miranda and some homeless guys Saureland picked up off Skid Row. Abraham also allowed fighters who were stopped by Ouma and Joval to finish on their feet.

Neither has an impressive record of stopping durable fighters. Both are ridiculously over rated in this area.
