For me AA won, better punch quality, i felt his defence was better actually. Stieglitz work on gloves and arms. Workrate yes, he did win rounds on that but i think AA edged it by 1.

New Champion IMO. Close fight, Good fight as well..

Very good fight and the Germans to remind us what hometown scoring is all about.

I thought AA won relatively clearly in all honesty.

He struggled a bit at times but clearly landed the harder shots throughout most of the fight... and thus deserved the verdict.

Not sure where either go from here in all honesty. Stieglitz's standing has probably increased, whereas AA has just emphasised what we already knew about him and his numerous shortcomings.

I don't think Robert's stock will of gone up after that display, both didn't look great. Entertaining battle that it was, Robert lost on points via a wide margin to a guy who's not in his pomp and struggled more last time out with the Pole.

I just felt AA left it to late in some rounds to take rounds, but when he went for it he was in control. I never felt he was in any bother, i was actually shocked at how more skilled defensively he was to Robert.

i felt Stieglitz deserved to win that on work rate, sure abraham hot the bigger shot but they were every 2 rounds at best most of his punches didnt connect or got blocked despite the usual stupid german cheers.he was unlucky tonight.i dont fancy groves chances against abraham tho the way he cuts and marks up.
