AA easily Sturm isn't that good.

Abraham should not take Sturm lightly, if Sturm looks the same he did against Sylvester he might just box his way to a close decision. Don't forget his defense is tight and he will not be so foolish as to trade with Abraham. He definitely has a chance. Still, I favour Abraham cause he was more consistent in the past while facing slightly better opposition - I guess he will eventually catch Sturm with something good and hurt him, we all know Sturms chin isn't the best.

And yet Sebastian Sylvester is a decent fighter, he's european level but not 'just another euro bum'. Still, Abraham is in another league, he's world-class.

If Abraham takes Sturm lightly then he loses, my prediction is based on what Abraham does for every fight and that's come 100% prepared mentally and physically.

    It's a 50-50 fight based on style.

seeing that Sturm struggled with ...UMMM otis griffin and got KTFO by a 38 year old junior middleweight.... abraham crushes him..... he will take whatever sturm has to offer...which ain't much anyway

Abraham by late KO.This fight should show the difference between a champion and a contender.

I'll pick Sturm. Watched Abraham's last few fights & I'm not impressed. I always pick a boxer over a puncher any day. Abraham is just an oversized MW. Seen him vs Marquez, he was way bigger, had to weigh 180+.

unless there are several knockdowns i can't see that happening. sturm will jab and move and avoid exchanges. aa will lose most of the rounds but sooner or later he will break him down, sturm doesn't like it when things get too physical. sturm doesn't have the power to bother abraham, i think he could walk right through his punches. i'm interested though what will happen if arthur connects with his first bomb, i can't imagine sturm take many of these. plus abraham is always dangerous, even in the last round.

AA is the stronger of the two, I think he will pose his will on the fight, I def see Sturm boxing on the back foot for the whole fight.

AA grinds out a UD win. Definately a match that should happen, but Sturm nor his managment fancy it.

I ve never been sold on Sturm. He wont hold the forth for 12 long rounds against Abraham.

AA's firepower will be the decisive factor in their encounter.

AA can be outboxed as could be seen against Gainer and Ayala so that Sturm will surely be able to win some early rounds, but as soon as AA has activated all power stations Sturm is doomed.

I've watched both from the get go. Strum is very dammed fast, Abraham hits very dammed hard.
Strum is only 1 1/2 inch taller than AA.

AA can not stand there and give Strum the first 2 rounds. If he gives him the first two clean, strum will run. If he runs he opens up a bit.
Against Sylvester, he had to get inside of the longer reach, and had to stay in his face, and tight.
In a fight Strum got KO'ed in he was winning. He got carless, and had been bringing it, because the fight before he ran the 12th and was booed.

He will bring it, more than he should
He's got a most wonderful jab. He's dammed fast.
Two years ago he'd beaten AA easy. Since then AA has learned the shell.
    Strum's shell is better.
And AA needs time to beat a man tired. . If Strum fights like he did against Sylvester he wins.
If he gets more relaxed becasue they have close to the same reach, he could get conked late. 10-11.

Have any of you noticed you can't get reach any more. Not Strum's any way.

When I was young they had the Tale of the Tape, measurements of fist, wrist, fore arm, bicept, neck, chest waist, thigh and calf.
With out that it makes it dammed hard to make picks.
at 5'10(72"reach) to 5'11 1/2 (no reach given)
It should be a very good fight.
I can not pick and I have seen them both lots.
Strum is not a bum as some of you think, he beat DHL rather easy and was robbed.

I don' t want to bet this, I can't pick.
