    No. a few more distinct differences too. He is alot mr mobile with his feet
    than winky and throws more round punches than does winky too. Turtle
    defense is the only similarity they have.

    I guess everyone that uses that style of defense fights alike. Clottey, Ike, Winky, AA, & Sturm must all be clones to you
