He said that to a German interviewer.

Problem is, Ward would school him, Froch would do the same again. Nowhere for Abraham to go. If he sticks around he picks up another L and that won't look good for his future fight prospects.

I think every fighter who has lost in the Super 6 has said that afterwards.

If he does I hope they just have a Ward/Froch final

WOW. Another one bites the dust. He must figure he'd rather take the Sven Ottke route.

Ye, expect him to retreat back to Germany and fight bums for the remainder of his career.

Hate to say it but "tournaments" just aren't made for boxing. One bad performance and you lose interest in a hurry.

So Froch will have to now beat Johnson to get himself a shot at Ward?

They couldn't continue the SuperSix with 3 fighters left :patsch

Hope he does quit that would mean Froch Vs Ward Final gets fast-tracked, I don't see him beating Froch in a rematch.

Damn, didn't expect him to be mentally ruined by it this much. If he said that then he's done I guess. Hoping for a different answer as he moves on from this loss.

Just have the Ward Froch fight and call it over. This thing has gone pretty much the way that i thought it would. I didnt expect as many fighters to drop out but I did expect two of them not to fight on.

One of the posters said that tourn are for boxing, I disagree it was just the wrong format. A round robin takes far too long over a time spin in which we have seen fighters become shells of what they once were. had they just done a bracket style tourn it would have been much faster and held people attention longer without having the what happens now that so and so took a beatting, how will he bounce back.

lets just get a ward-froch final and be done with it, its been a success in that weve had some great fights but after so many pull outs and substitutes it definately needs some major tweaking if they hope to have tournaments in the future.

Abraham looked out of his depth tonight, i hope he moves back down to middle and builds up the not so glamorous now fight with Pavlik and maybes gets a shot at martinez (maybes).

As for froch, i cant wait to see him fight ward, the brit press need to get behind him now as this is a super-fight and the winner will be a star
