:thumbsup if Taylor throws that 'bow and arrow" jab against AA he's gonna eat something terrible. Abraham has great timing in the counter as well as jarring power. I'll go for Abraham about the same as Froch, 7 or 8.
ive gone for taylor ko, 2 reasons ,abrahams just a typical euro robotic powerhouse,1 2 3, 1 2 3,1 2 3, 1 2 3 and pirouette 1 2 3, 1 2 3, 1 2 3, and curtsey. i just wanna see kos eat his beenie taylor taylor taylor
I think Taylor looked very good in his fight with Froch... better than expected in fact. And although there will be rocky patches i think he will outwork abraham for a descision
Is this Abraham's first fight at 168? How will his power and chin cope with the step up? I like Taylor he's a good boxer and should really have beaten Froch. I haven't seen enough fights of Abraham to make a confident prediction but from what I've seen I'm going for Taylor to outbox him to a UD or even a stoppage.
I think Taylor might just pull this off on points. Abraham has not been boxing the elites and he is new to the weight.
I still cannot pick a winner with this one, I hope Taylor doesnt gas out, if he can last the pace I think he wins on points. From what I can gather Abraham isnt a terribly busy fighter so that might be in Taylor favour from a fitness point of view.
Abraham has been outboxed early on in alot of his fights, even Elcock was having the better of it before Abraham eventually overpowered him. The guy had an immense strength advantage over most guys he fought at 160lbs, and despite getting outboxed in quite a few fights, he always had a calm assurance about him that showed he knew he was gonna catch up to them eventually. not sure he'll have that size and strength advantage at super middle, at least not like he did at middle, though taylor being a former middleweight himself not too long aqo, probably makes stepping up in weight less of a factor for abraham. still, taylor is by far the best boxer abraham has fought skill wise, and his career accomplishments dwarf that of any fighter abraham has faced in his career so far. fight depends on how much abraham has been keeping in his locker for tougher fights like this. we've seen in the past how he can step it up when needed, and when he had the extra motivation against Miranda he completely destroyed him. But taylor is on another level and he's gonna need to be at optimum level from the very start or he's gonna have to rely on some dodgy judging to get the decision if it goes that far. personally i think aslong as taylor has one good performance left in the tank, he should have the beating of abraham if the fights judged straight down the line.
