AA's last fight was quickly sold out. I got my tickets the first day of the official sale.A mate of mine from out local gym tried to get some tickets the following day and didnt obtain a single one.

I guess Dirrel vs AA wont be as hot as AA vs Taylor was in Germany's capital Berlin.

Am I missing something here?Where is this "fan base" of Dirrell's anyway?
Any US venue makes no sense-especially when AA can pack any arena in Germany.I thought Gary Shaw was smarter than this.:huh

Don't be butthurt because you know Abraham is going to get whooped. Just accept it and move on.

They seem to live mainly on the internet.

Then someone better check his hand wraps. I think Barry McGuigan is high if he thinks Dirrell will beat Abraham. The best he can do is run like e did against Froch. He is no Mayweather...

Obviously it won't be. Nobody's claiming Dirrell is a draw. He's easily the worst draw in the tournament. If they're proposing to have it in the theater at MSG, that only holds about 5,500 people.

It's getting now a bit funny how Abraham wants to do 'bigger and better things in America' when he can sell more tickets in Germany, get a bigger paycheck and produce significantly higher ratings, instead of fighting in half-empty arenas with silent crowds, getting a pay cut and bad ratings (probably still more viewers in Germany at 5AM.)

But for the fairness of the tourney, he should travel. Something Andre Ward refuses to do, God bless his soul.

he's a warrior, and wants to establish his legacy. Instead of just saying what he is capable of or how great he is because of his 0, he wants to prove it... we need more guys like him.
