I'm reading alot of posters describing how Arthur Abraham was "coming on" and catching Dirrell more and more since the supposed knockdown in the 10th (which if you think was genuine, was a flash knockdown since Dirrell got up quickly and shrugged off AA's inneffective offense for the remainder of the round).

However, all I saw in the 11th was Andre Dirrell boxing beautifully and befuddling Abraham...who didn't land a SINGLE clean punch. Meanwhile, Dirrell was hooking and jabbing at will at the body and side of Abraham's head. AA was moving forward with aggression but absolutely NO EFFECTIVENESS.

So who did you have winning the 11th round? If you chose Abraham, tell me why you think so and how tell me how many punches he landed cleanly on Dirrell.

Here's the 11th round again for reference:

    Dirrell was winning it.

Arthur was "coming on strong" in the sense that he was getting more aggressive. And a lot of fans may think he would have won that round eventually, but it's not the same thing. Anything can happen. Up to that point, he hadn't outpointed Direll in that round... yet.

The round was only around a minute old, not a great deal had happend but Dirrell had done everything of note, but Arthur was chasing Dirrell alot more at this point and trying harder to land, Arthur landed a jab around the same time as Dirrell slipped and then followed in with a hook as Dirrell was on his knees. Watching it again I dont think it was intentional but dont think the DQ was a bad call

    Dirrell.

Usually you have to actually land punches to win rounds and with the exception of the foul, Abraham didn't do that. It's interesting that the people who picked Abraham in this poll haven't posted a single comment yet.

Andre was battering him...I had it 8-2 for Andre with a 10-8 round in there...Its a shame AA hit him while he was on the ground

Neither fighter was clearly winning the round IMO.

He was going after him and would of most likely got him.
I dont think Dir. was hurt i think he seen a way out to vic. and took it.
If you look into his eyes right after the punch you can see he played it off. but smart move cuz I think Ab. was going to get him. NO?:huh

You might need to watch that round again. Abraham didn't land anything until the illegal blow. It would be hard to give him the round when he wasn't landing at all.
