Come Saturday we are in for a treat with King Arthur facing The Cobra, I don't know about you but I'm excited for what I believe is going to be another great fight in a November that has been classic for Boxing

So here is my prediction and analysis for the fight.

I believe Abraham will win by K.O in the 8th, 9th or 10th round... my gut feeling tells me the 9th.

Styles make fights, and both of their styles actually works for both guys, but I think Abraham has the advantage because he's defense is better and he is also the harder puncher, therefore I see both guys going at it and neither one willing to back off and Abraham landing to more precise and powerful punches on Froch eventually wearing him down and finishing him off in the late rounds.

In my eyes both guys got outboxed by Andre Dirrell but the reason I give Abraham the advantage here is because in his fight against Dirrell around the 8th round the momentum started change in his favor and Dirrell started slowing down, if not for the illegal punch that got him disqualified who knows what could have happened in that last round. On the other hand when Froch fought Dirrell he just got outboxed the entire fight, and the momentum stayed the same throw the entire fight in favor of Dirrell. So I think that Abraham will be able to do the same thing against Froch that he did against Dirrell towards the last rounds since Forch is not as skilled as Dirrell and will be observing punches from the earlier rounds and eventually the accumulation of punches from Arbaham will result in a KO.

Both guys are coming off their first career loss and there for will want to proof something, so this category actually works in favor of US THE FANS, cause each guy is going to bring their all and leave everything in the ring come Saturday.

I agree with you, thought this over a few times now i keep coming up with a midrange slugfest where abraham landing bombs will result in a ko win for him.

    Nice analysis.

I want Froch but think AA will probably win a reasonably comfortable UD - 116-112

    This fight isnt rocket science.

You have one guy who keeps his hands low, is wide open when he punches, throws looping shots, and pulls straight back vs a devestating puncher who throws compact punches.

Everybody picking Froch HAS to be going off thier hearts, cause everything logical says that AA is gonna KO his ass.

    Very possible.
I wouldn't be surprised if AA KO's Froch early, mid rounds or late... It's just the question when Abraham hits him with one of those real powershots of his.

well froch boxed better vs dirrell than abraham did so your analysis is wrong on that point.

All you need to know is whether AA comes back for vengenance after being embarrassed by drirrell?

Against Froch Dirrell was running for his life until he noticed in the last couple of rounds he could outbox Froch, against Abraham he started "boxing" from round 1... Huge difference.

    points you mean! :good
Dirrell didn't deserve that belt if they gave him the nod... That's what I was saying... He ran like a chicken until the last couple of rounds

    Weird analysis.

Dirrell is a slick, fast boxer. Froch is a slow, awkward brawler. Abraham is a slow, boxer puncher. How Froch and Abraham each did against Dirrell bears almost no relevance on how they will do against each other. Froch made Dirrell run for his life. Whereas he fought Abraham. What is especially weird is you recognize that styles make fights.

The key here is that Froch's lack of defence and movement means that Abraham should have an easy time finding his chin. And that is a recipe for disaster for anyone, especially considering Froch's tendency to brawl over box.

Froch got ouboxed by everyone he faced in the tournament even Taylor.
AA best chin in the tournament and most power. Bye bye Carl.
