Of course it's only the boxrec and they like to jump on every rumor but they have the Abraham-Miranda fight in their schedule... http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=208432&cat=boxer
The way I see it there are two ways to beat Edison Miranda. The first is to straight out out box him and beat him via a UD. The second is to "Bully the bully" like Pavlik did. I wouldn't suggest the Pavlik method for any MW fighter save Pavlik. ( Perhaps a few SMW might be able to pull it off ) It's just to dangerous if you don't have the physical goods to pull it off. Abraham by UD. He won't take that chance.
Miranda a hard puncher, exciting and willing to fight anyone .....sooner or later someone will have the guts to step in the ring with him. Kelly Pavlik did then again Pavlik has confidence in his skills and is actually for real....
He may consider this a test of his chances against Pavlik. If he loses, he keeps his belts and goes home to Germany to continue defending against the same level of 'talent' he has been facing. If he faces a middle weight and loses, the belt is gone. Real champ there.......

Ultimately I'm not pleased that this fight is in the works. It's nothing against Abraham or Miranda. But I feel that this could potentially mess with two fights I'd rather see more. Abraham vs. Pavlik: If Miranda wins or the fight is close then Abraham may get cold feet about facing the guy that blew Miranda out of the water. Also with Abraham talking a mandatory between Miranda and Pavlik it could have Calzaghe facing Pavlik happen first and if Pavlik moves up to a 168 fight I'm not sure he'll ever come back down to 160. Miranda vs. Taylor: If Miranda loses badly he no longer is an attractive match-up for Taylor. If he wins then Taylor may be hesitant about facing Miranda. ( three losses in a row is a heck of a risk if a fighter can avoid it ) Of Course I may be grasping at false hopes as Taylor hasn't fought yet at 168 nor has he even made any noise about trying to make one.
lol...Abraham mentions Miranda AFTER Miranda has a scheduled fight. Classic Euro Hype Job technique. BTW, I'd pick Abraham to win another painful decision.
