Of course. My point is that he only really loads up with big shots when his opponent stands off. When someone crowds him, he stays on the back foot. Simon (among others) exposed that trait.

Kendall Holt has a similar stoppage ratio as Jermain, he has the occasional KO1, but one with a headbutt against Torres, he's still a pretty murderous puncher.

When they get theirs in, they're unable to finish people off... that's the major issue.

Also, Pantera... Pavlik basically let Miranda hit him with three overhand rights and Pavlik didn't even budge.

The same thing against Jermain Taylor put him on ***** street. Is it not fair to say Mirandas power is ridiculously overrated? I certainly think so.

Gevor put pressure on him (probably a lot more than Simon infact) and was KO'd brutally by an uppercut on the way in. He had his successes, many people do against Abraham, but the challenge isn't to win a few rounds. Abraham's style is all about the bigger picture. Abraham just seemed to lack spark on the night against Simon, people read a lot into very little.

Accumulation of being beat down round after round.

Abraham is to powerful and accurate for a 1 dimensional fighter like Kelly Pavlik.

Pressure from Gevor does not mean much. Khoren is a small middleweight with a 50% KO ratio. As a matter of history, he's an average Abraham opponent. A small,, short, feather fisted guy.

If we base our debate on what AA has actually done in the ring, his chances of knocking Pavlik out are about 10%. This poll says his chances are nearly 70%. That is pure fantasy.

If Edison Miranda could do this, Pavlik would **** Abraham up royally.

Whats with all this **** dude, Abraham admitted he had his mouth open when Miranda hit him, thats why his jaw was broken, nothing to do with Mirandas great skill.
I'd like to see Kelly fight agains a fighter like Miranda with a broken Jaw, an i mean fight although Abraham did run a bit he also exchanged.

I actually see this as a very close fight if both are at 100% it all depebnds on Kelly, if he does it right Abraham is beatable, but i doubt its as easy as you make it out to be.

Pavlik does great when he's facing someone in front of him and no one does that more than AA. Pavlik also likes to throw punches in bunches when he knows he can connect and I'm sure some will connect, but half will land on AA's guard. So it's safe to say Pavlik will start no doubt, but since Pavlik has no defense he better be ready to receive as to give and I think AA has the most monstrous hooks 160-168. I think how it will go down, Pavlik will outwork AA, but AA will have a knockdown or two of Pavlik and will have Pavlik fighting on the backfoot the last couple of rounds. Kelly is strong, but AA is stronger. This fight simply is a fight fans dream possibly a modern version of Zale vs. Graziano. Bombs away!

This poll merely proves what I have been saying for a couple of years: Arthur Abraham is the single most over rated fighter on the planet.

One more time, I challenge any of you to point to one single in-ring accomplishment that validates this poll.

Would Pavlik allow Lujaun Simon to win 4-5 rounds and finish on his feet?

Did Miranda bust up Pavlik's face, bully and manhandle him?

Would Pavlik allow Evlin Ayala to make him look like ****? Ayala's big claim to fame was a draw with Sergio Mora. Pavlik threw a **** fit when Arum tried to shove a Mora fight down his throat. Abraham jumped at the chance to screw Zuniga and fight the great Elvin Ayala, and looked like **** for 90% of the fight.

Shannon Taylor got stopped by Raymond Joval, but went 12 full rounds with AA in his very next fight. How long would that cat last with KP after his ass?

Abraham's most ardent supporters claim Gevor as some great win. Ya, a featherfisted midget with a 50% KO ratio, and zero significant wins. He would not last 6 rounds with Pavlik, but he is one of Abraham's best wins.

As far as fighting at, near, or above SMW, Pavlik has been there and done that 14 times. Arthur did it TWICE! Once against a damaged version of Miranda and once against Jermain Taylor's corpse.

Look at the ****ing record folks. You are so far away from reality there may be no hope that you ever find your way back.

So basically, Pavlik beat Miranda, Taylor, Zertuche, Zuniga(after getting floored) and Rubio whilst Abraham beat Miranda, Taylor, Gevor (having won the European title aswell as arguably beating Felix Sturm post-beatdown against Arthur), Marquez and Simon.

Yet Pavlik is light years ahead of Arthur in terms of ring accomplishments?

They've got the same names on their record within 2-3 years you complete douchebag? Lets look at what Pavlik has done since beating Taylor the first time out (late in 07'). Grazing past Taylor by decision, beating Lockett the Rocket, getting manhandled and embarrassed against Hopkins, beating Rubio and Espino.

Meanwhile, Arthur has beaten: Gevor, Elcock, Ayala, Miranda, Marquez, Simon, Oral and Taylor.

If anyone is being hyped, its Pavlik, who hasn't done squat since his one impressive win over Taylor the first time out. He was not even close to stopping Taylor at a more comfortable weight for Jermain.

Ward, Kessler, Froch, Abraham and likely Dirrell would all beat the living shit**** out of Pavlik, oh well.. Dirrell likely would find a way to run from an easy win, but that's another story.

    Abraham KO6 Pavlik.

Pavlik hurt Jermain in the 11th but it was towards the end of the round. He said another 30 seconds or so and he would have ended it. I'll take Kelly's word on this one since he knows how to close out a fight. You? :-(

    Would've, should've .. but didn't.

Pavlik also said he would be the first one to stop Bernard, he surely drew the wrong ticket, thinking Bernard was some ol' chump.
