You've got it all wrong. If something "good" happens then Eddie gets the credit, if something "bad" happens then his hands were tied and its Skys, the managers, the boxers etc fault.

The funny thing is Ice us old farts can remember when VVarren was were Hearn is now and promising, just like Hearns is now, to be a breath of fresh air when he was trying to break up the Duff/ Levine monopoly.

Hearn likely gets first refusal on UK TV rights in the contract.

Seriously though she is nice and can present relatively well. Works for Al Jazeera Sports and MUTV.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. I do like the idea of the channel but I think it could be a lot better if it was more impartial. Things like that bother me, even though I know they're often being dishonest and I can simply ignore it

Boxnation show a lot of boxing, Sky show some boxing. Both charge you for it. You pay for you can afford and/or want to watch.

If you're not happy with what Boxnation offer then don't pay. It's as simple as that. Same goes for Sky. You make your choice as a customer, there's no need to go have debates over who's got the better sound quality or lighting setup in the studio. No one's forced to put up with either channel.

If you've got any legitimate suggestions email them and let them know what you (the consumer!) think.

How can 10 quid to watch 6-8 boxing cards a month be better P4P than 1 show and a Prizefighter no matter how much you think the boxing portion of your Sky subs is worth?

No because if there is a fighter on the bill with a UK tv deal it will override the BoxNation contract. Thats why the Bundrage v Smith fight end up back on BoxNation.

Same thing happend when Jennings was facing Cotto and Frank held Setanta to randsome.

    So ****ing what?

The Sky team is utterly incompetent. It's not just that I disagree or dislike them, it's that Johnny Nelson can't read the ****ing autocue or deal with ear piece instructions without pausing and looking like he's having a stroke.

The amount of times when the pundits have known NOTHING about the opponent in a fight. Or talked utter shite live on air.

THAT is damaging to the sport, IMO.

That is thin. I'm not going to think back in ten years and say, "That advert-disguised-as-a-documentary really was the highlight of the boxing that year."

    It's a freebie, a nice-to-have.

I have sky for football and cricket, boxing is a bonus so you can't make that comparison. The boxing on sky is average at best if there are people on here who subscribe to sky just for boxing then :rofl :patsch you're being taken for a ride.
