I am pretty sure, Arthur will start out slow and get behind against ward. Ward is the better fighter, I think though abraham will come on later in the fight and look to land 1 big shot. I think he digs down deep and lands it. I know it isn't the popular choice, Abraham KO 11.

this is the last chance for aa. so i think he will give his whole heart in this fight. ward will have a war today. i hope aa can land something big, but ward is a great fighter, ugly to watch, but a great fighter.

That's how AA has fought in every one of his fights..

I would love to see him rock Ward, to see how he reacts. But i can't see AA winning..

a mentally shop-worn Taylor still fought well against Abraham. I don't think AA is a true 168. I hope he loses this fight, drops down to 160 and fight SM. The fight will probably be even money and I will load up on AA.

Taylor and Ward would have been good if noth were in their prime.

regardless, the fight is free tonight. Awesome.

how is this aa's last chance? he drop back down to 160. no problem. it's not like the guy has absorbed a lot of punishment. he was outboxed by froch but never hurt and was in only one war with miranda.

aa has a lot left in the tank.

    just not at 168.

Andre Ward is much too disciplined, comparing him to Taylor is not fair. Taylor relies on athletecism, and when he gasses he's prone to getting stopped, whereas Andre Ward relies on constant perfect technique in order to get by. And Arthur will find him increasingly harder to hit as the bout goes on, I think his best bet in this fight may be an early knockout, despite his later KO resume.

I think we'll find Andre Ward getting more comfortable as the bout progresses, and slowly but surely taking over even the inside game, where hes going to grind Arthur Abraham in quite a grueling/ugly battle, and inevitably get some sort of stoppage or a wide decision.

Taylor said after the fight he was in the best shape of his life vs. AA, DiBella said the same. AA is far better than his last 2 fights would suggest, unfortunately for him Ward has the wrong style. He needs to bring something special to beat Andre, but I don't see it happening. Ward is too good at what he does. Of course he's the only one left without a loss in the tourney, so I look forward to this.

I agree with the first part but would rewrite the second half. I see AA desperately looking to land the big shot in the late rnds and never finding it.

I'll go with Ward by UD :good

Abraham is only 31 years old and has never been stopped or legitimately knocked down. He is still very much in his prime. In fact, he now has more experience, including a decisive loss to a technical fighter like Carl Froch.

He could land that one hayemaker that turns the fight to his favor.

I hope there are more people that feel the same way when he fights SM, that way the odds will be skewed.

The odds on AA getting stopped tonight are probably +500, maybe +600.
