Never meant to take credit away from Froch. I was talking about perception (of the outcome of Ward-AA), attitude wise. Showtime would drool all over a Ward UD if AA's workrate increases considerably from the Froch fight. Doubtful, but plausible.
Ward by domination. AA is fulfilling his contract and trying to drum up interest in a fight where there is no interest. He knows he can't hang with the top dogs at 168.
Abraham will lose but by no means would it be a easy fight. Ward loves to fight close. Thats why he had a though fight with Bika.
"I'm betting this big-time action brings out the dog in your boy, over there." - Joe, Poolhall Junkies Let's see if Ward acts like a dog after he gets hit by a couple of hooks. :rofl
AA, will lose on points clearly, but highly unlikely it would be good for boxing if AA just blasted him out.l
This will be painful to watch. Ward will use Abraham for a punching bag. More than likely , the fight will be stopped by the 8th.
Gotta love how these dudes are saying AA is gonna dominate Ward when was just dominated himself by Froch who in terms of skills is levels below Ward. Ward is gonna beat the everlasting dog **** out of AA...The same AA was getting his ears boxed off by Dirrell just 2 fights ago.:rofl
if AA beats ward, then ward will shoot straight to the top of the american hypejob league above the likes of lacy, taylor, flores, dawson, ortiz, tarver, jacobs, judah, pavlik etc
Random posts from 2008. Note the similarities between some of these posts, and what we actually saw in Abraham's last two fights. Some of us had AA pegged a long time ago.
Ward is going to ****ing humiliate this guy. at supporting a german fighter then calling Ward a hometown hero.
Doesn't change the fact he is a hometown hero. I hope AA batters him, for the good of mixing things up. Although it will make the final less exciting.
