That's what you get if you chose a hardcore German Nazi trainer.

After a loss they're not exactly known to kiss you on the cheek and give you warm fuzzy feelings. If you lose in a disgraceful manner then these German trainers kick your ass and raise hell on you.

froch looks a lot more plodding than he really is, and all he said was "arthur, this is pretty cowardly" because abraham wasn't pressing him like they worked on.

 

Well he was a world class amateur who won a bronze at the World Championships so he can't be THAT bad a boxer. But even if you accept that he has a 'low level of boxing ability', that's only part of the overall make up of a boxer. On boxing ability alone Audley Harrison is the best HW in the world, but we all know that he isn't. Boxing ability needs to be viewed alongside things like, toughness, chin, heart, determination, courage,punch power, fitness,conditioning, staminia etc etc

 

I can see your point and I dont think its cowardice from AA.He could have taken the odd risk in the fight though.As it was he just defended and tried the same cautious approach all night.If he had taken some risks he may have been knocked out but he might have got the opening he needed.

It's the whole teams fault, not AA alone. AA fought like what other fighters do, it's just not lucky night. AA is a coward if he ran away from froch like a ballerina, but he didn't.

I wouldn't say AA is a coward. Froch was amazing that night and didn't let AA to get a piece of him. Brilliant Froch's fight. AA should kick that old mushroom in ass and get another trainer. Today I read Abraham is gonna go back down to middleweight division after S6 tournament.

 

He lost because he tactics are pathetic but he's not a coward he is a warrior actually. he waits for his opponent to tire himself out and That was never going to happen he allowed Froch to hurt him to the body repeatedly and those shots stay with you the whole fight! by the time he was ready to open up his body was in a lot of pain and he was scared of getting hit.

 

It's so funny that a lot of people don't get what showed AA is a coward.

At this stage he's the middleweight David Tua..odd, he used to have a decent jab but can't seem to get it working against these taller guys. He needs to find way to jab bigger men or simply let his hands go more.
