Seeing AA's weighin picture from today I think he needs to move up ASAP. I don't think I have ever seen him look so weight drained.

if AA does not fight pavlik in america then the miranda 2 fight would have made more money in germany and AA lost out.

but its 2 early to say and both have to get past there next fights before we will know .

 

His management won't go in the ring and fight Pavlik with him, it's Pavlik who does his preparation and is focused on Hopkins. His management obviously have plans for Calzaghe next as Pavlik recently gave an interview and said he wants Calzaghe after he's done with Jones, his management said the same as well. I'm sure his management aren't fully focusing on Pavlik and only Pavlik as they obviously manage others as well. Showing no interest nor any response either means he plans to stay at Light heavyweight and possibly dominate there instead of Middleweight or they simply aren't interested in Abraham right now.

Pavlik is taking the same route as Chad Dawson but he's not getting thrown under the bus for it. He needs to defend his title against Aurthur Abraham, instead of looking for money fights.

 

of course Abraham would be a favorite over WW who has been inactive for over a year, hasn't won a fight since 2006, and is past his prime.

 

Arthur Abraham is busy with a mandatory, Pavlik is fighting Hopkins in the meantime. Why do you accuse Pavlik?

 

Pavlik has expressed on many times that he wants to fight Abraham and wants to unify the MW belts , for now he is just taking the big fights that will get his name out there. He really wants Calzaghe though, and if he wastes time in MW right now than Calzaghe will retire and not come out to fight him.

The only reason KP took this "$$$ fight" with Hopkins was to fight a quality opponent to keep active, so he can stay on schedule with AA, being that he had to take a mandatory fight this fall with Marquez.
