After watching the negative styles of both fighters and the way in which there opponents struggled to figure out there defensive puzzles.

How do you see the fight going?

Someone is going to have to take the fight to the other who will it be?

Or will they just cancel each other out?

I think Abraham will need to be a bit more offensive. Throw more punches at least. I think the fight is in the states. He may just knockout Dirrell anyway, but if he doesn't he should maybe lead a little more than usual, or at least lure Dirrell in and throw a bit more.

I think Abraham will have a job landing with his smaller reach and Dirrells reflexes.. but he'll also be alot harder to hit than Froch, so it should be interesting.. I think its too early for Dirrell to be fighting someone like him in all honesty.. but i'm rooting for him.. the kid deserves a W after last night..

Now this will be an even fight. It might be like Hopkins vs Wright in which Hopkins is Dirrell (Dirrell got better speed and is younger) while Abraham is like Wright (Except Abraham punches way harder and won't be out of shape).

Not getting the win against Froch is even worse now, because Abraham is next. Unlucky start for Dirrell.

    What?

Hopkins is definitely older than Winky. Hopkins and Dirrell are very different fighters. Winky was favored to beat Bernard. So AA does have that in common in that he will be favored to win.

I could have sworn that Hopkins was favor to beat weight cause of the fight being at 170 pounds.

On defense Dirrell and Hopkins are close alike with Dirrell slippery style like Hopkins and Dirrell holds alot like Hopkins. Except Dirrell is younger and quicker. Wright and Abraham have the same turtle style defense but Abraham hits harder and won't be out of shape like Wright was in the Hopkins fight.

probably more like froch-dirrell...dirrell running all night and if the fight is in US, then he'll win it...AA needs to knock this guy out..

If they both fight in the same way its difficult to see how Abrahams is going to catch up with him. As he doesn't appear to have great foot movement. It's then a case of whether Dirrell has the power to get through AA's tight guard. On paper it looks like a dull fight but with it being AA's first fight in US he might try and make a statement and come out all guns blazing. Lets hope so.

abrahams second fight. first one was miranda II => and knockout win for abraham.
but i'm a little bit worried about dirrell, he is a very slick boxer, so abraham will have a lot of problems with him, i hope that he will win a close decision, cause i can't see abraham landng big shots on dirrell

What's up with this trend of randomly adding or subtracting the letter "s" to people's surnames.

Abe by KO early....Dirrell's extremely fast, has great reflexes and even has respectable power if he sits down on his punches but.....his defense is terrible, it's all based off of his head movement and poor footwork

he's hard to string punches against but it will only take 1 punch from Arthur to put him away, and it will land.....because Dirrell gets caught on the ropes too often

If Dirrell doesn't lose discipline, he wins a UD. He's much faster and more agile, and would just float and sting. AA isn't particularly quick, and against someone athletic who doesn't just stand there, he isn't going to land much. I just can't see Dirrell letting him get off.

It will go much like Abraham's fight against Elvin Ayala. Dirrell will possibly be able to elude Abraham for much of the fight, but at some point he will connect with one big punch and it will be lights out.

it's because english is my third language^^ and i have learned in school that you have to add a s to the name, if something belongs to it.
    for example: abraham"s" second fight
if i'm wrong, please correct me^^
