Ok, so Griffin overhauled Elcock which seems ok to me...still Elcock is a top15 middleweight.
But give me one guy who would have fight AA on December 8 that is on The Ring's top10....

    A shame. A f*#king shame.

His last fight also supposed to be a ''stay busy'' fight , but Arthur was exhausted after a few rounds and almost lost (he won 'cause he fought clever and his opponent had no power and defence) because he apparently did a little bit to much weight lifting and was overtrained.

So let's hope for Arthur that this time he is fit and the fight really turns out to be a ''stay busy'' fight. So that next time he can fight Taylor or Pavlik or Sturm.

At least his fight vs. Gevor was a mandatory ordered by the IBF...

I'll be honest I dont like Abraham, I think he is overated. Miranda should have got the KO, and I reckon Eastman beat him too.

Here's the thing though: Pavlik is 25 and has one title fight. His next fight will be against Taylor again, and the fight after that will likely be against a pound for pounder in Hopkins. I don't personally believe BHop is on the p4p level at his age, but most do. After his next two fights, Pavlik will have the indisputably better resume if he wins. Abraham is 27, and this will be his 7th title fight.

I would LOVE to see Pavlik crush Abraham after he gets through knocking Jermain Taylor out again. That would be great.

I can't see Abraham giving Pavlik very many problems. Kelly is too big and too good, IMO.

Laughable indeed. Gevor is about 2 levels higher than Duddy.

I understand the first fight after Miranda being an easier one. Even a second, being it was a mandatory, isn't too bad but a third fight in a row against these type of fighters is starting to become a pattern.

In defense of Abraham, he did take some tough fights up to and including his Miranda bout. So I personally think he will look for bigger fights in 08. He needs to because he's starting to be seen as if he's just going to sit on his title and make as many easy defenses as he can and only face someone challenging if its a mandatory. I hope not because Abraham seems like a legit fighter. He beats most of the division and is a very live threat to the couple who would be favored over him.
