I was saying I was about 4 % when I would make weight at 116-118 lbs at 5'8'', not for walking around. Its closer to 7%, are you going to make me post pics AGAIN? I promised I wouldn't. There's no way I carry a lot more fat 8% than that being this big looking at that height of 5'8'' and 130. I won't post pics again, though it kills me not to.

All right, I can't help it. Virus, what is my body fat, if 7 % walking around at 128 lbs and 4% cutting to 118 is not right? I am 5'8''. There is only a ten pound difference between these pictures, can you estimate my body fat in the pics? I am TELLING you there was no way my fat was much above 4% in the bottom pics. I am 5'8'', in the top three am 128 lbs, my normal walkaround weight, in the bottom one I am about 115, when I was running a whole lot of sprints and not eating. My waist is only 26 inches. That bodybuilding guy is low in fat but he has a lot more surface area for fat to cling to - there is much less surface area on my body, it fills up more quickly. I can be much softer looking at 132 pounds, just a few pounds of fat, a difference of maybe 3% This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected 5'8'', 115 lbs. The only way to tell is to measure it. From the pictures I'd say between 7-10%. Below 8% is actually unhealthy.
Oh my god what is it with this thing of guessing! I would guess when im in mega shape id be about the same as RJD i have no idea to be honest it could be anywhere from 8 - 15 % but i really have no clue as i have never ever had it measured! and neither has anyone on here id guess none of you have so it is ridiculous to post a pic and say i have less than 4 % BF
I'm with Lefty, 7-10% as a guess. You don't have to post the pictures again and again, we've seen them all before on multiple occasions. That last picture you just look awful because you have no real muscle size. If you were at 4% you wouldn't be walking around and you certainly wouldn't be able to train or fight. Bodybuilders drop down to 5% for a few hours and feel like absolute ****. No energy, dizziness, headaches etc etc. You think you can live at those levels? Lol. get real.
I'd say 8-10% for aramini and RDJ in his last pic. RDJ's top pic is probably around 12, if its 15 then I'm about 25! The guys are in good shape. It's easy to get really bull**** readings with a lot of bodyfat testing. Bodybuilders on stage are at 4-5% bodyfat at a very large weight, and that is genuinely unhealthy for any period of time. They are weak, dizzy, dying but they do their show and then put on 20-30lbs, no exaggeration, in about 1-2 weeks. 5% is the MINIMUM required for proper internal organ function from what I have read in the past. And a juicy nugget of info: It's easier to have "low body fat and rippling abs and veins in your 'ceps and everything" if you weight 120lbs, you're hardly going to be fat! You work out a bit, you weigh nothing, you have a bit of muscular development, boom, ABS and 8% bodyfat. Not towards aramini, just stating FACTS of the cold and hard variety.
