Oh!..its like an excersice dvd and they are known'd for say that..."confuse the muscles"

  4. Oh , it is important because the abs seem to adapt to excersize pretty quickly so change is good

Just one more note. Some people don't have an 8 pack and never will.

It didn't matter that I was 5'8'' and 126 lbs or even 118 lbs, the shape of my muscles was such that I only had six big ones and the lower ones always looked eh. My work out partner always had 8. You can't create additional abdominal muscles if you don't have them.

I do far less than this and I definitely don't do ab exercises everyday yet people tell me I have the best abs they've ever seen. It's low bodyfat and the shape of your muscles which is genetic. All the muscles of my body are pointy if you know what I mean.

Dude people without birth defects can't be missing muscles, it's just the shape. My ab routine is 3 sets of 20 doing about 5 or 6 different ab exercises, for the guy claiming sets of 35 isn't enough. Everybody is different

Yeah, its the shape. The abdominal is one muscle, whether it be a 4, 6, or 8 pack, but that division is from elastic tissue that bands the muscle - if you don't have it in a certain area you CAN'T get it or change the overall shape of that banding. I imagine somewhere there are people who can't get more than four, and maybe someone has more than eight, but the shape when all the body fat is gone is entirely dependent on the spacing and number of those elastic bands. The abdominal is one muscle, the elastic spacing can't be changed, so if your abs are crooked, they are always going to be crooked.

What Bumpy says, but just do one rep of each. But while doing them only move an inch every 10 secs. :D

I've never been too impressed by Haye's physique, he has the round look to his muscles, they look bloated and not defined. Early Roy Jones had the size and the sharpness. Not that appearance means alot.
