Maybe you should try like put your elbows/lower arms flat on the floor and your feet on the tips of your toes, keep the rest of the body lifted up like that (if you understand what I mean). Try to do this as long as you can.
V Ups (with medicine or exercise ball). Bicycle exercise, Reverse crunches, Reverse crunches with ankles below the knee, verticle leg crunch, russian twists, elbow to knee crunches, plank, side plank Simple good exercises.
I've not been doing boxing for very long (Started in November) and i when i saw this thread i thought it'd be a good place to ask about my ab routine. i currently have a six pack but its bordering on a 4 pack and im trying to make it more impressive so hows this for a workout routine (iv only been at it for a few weeks and i was away last week so didnt get much done) I do this 7 days a week. 5 different ab exercises, change them every day. Max out every exercise until i cant to any more (for sit ups that tends to be about 150, crunches 170 etc) i am going to keep doing this and when i can do 200 straight of an exercise add weight to it and keep mixing it in with my changes of exercise. While im on the point, are bicycle kicks worth it? i did it in one of my exercises and got over 300 and still felt like i could do more. Do you do bicycle kicks?
