Its a load of shite.... Testostirone increases with orgasm.... if anything you should knock one out as part of your training session.
I honestly don't notice a difference in performance, sans maybe being frustrated like GPater said from being wound up for so long.
It is proven that sexual activity has no affect on performance. So have sex or beat your meat as much as you want
