I do not think Cotto as a fighter is overrated, although he is being a little overrated now if people expect the Cotto of 2 years ago.

Three rounds? Five rounds? Are you guys serious? Who do you think is getting into the ring? Ricky Hatton? I find it very amusing that people would use words like "shot", "diminished", and "overrated" when it comes to Miguel Cotto. He has one tough loss, and now he is shot or diminished. Since when does having one loss suddenly mean your career is practically over? If that was the case, then I don't blame Mayweather for not wanting to take tough fights and possibly losing that "0". Overrated? Have you seen the list of guys Cotto has had to face?

Honestly, I believe you guys are setting yourselves up for failure. I have no doubts that Pacquiao is capable of beating Cotto. I pick Cotto to win by TKO in the later rounds (Round 8 or so), but it would not surprise me if Pacquiao wins. The man is great. However, he's facing Miguel Cotto, not Carlos Baldomir.

For Pacquiao to win, he will need to be practically perfect in this fight. There is no room for error. One mistake could be the difference between victory and defeat and Pacquiao must be wary of that at all times. Cotto will challenge Pacquiao more than any of his previous fights. This is Pacquiao's toughest challenge to date against his strongest opponent to date and looking at this fight any other way is just silly in my eyes.

I don't care about your friend. Why are you quoting him? That sound bizarre. Is he your dad?

I'm rooting for Cotto. But I think Pac's gonna be too fast. And Cotto's lost a step.

I feel that pacs left style, superior boxing ability, speed, and lateral movements are all going to give Cotto fits......i like Miguel but his only hope are to pin Manny against the ropes or corner him,use rough house tactics, solid body work and hopefully land a bomb.

I keep changing my prediction, but it's generally in the range of a 6-9 round stoppage for Pacquiao.

Cotto's not a one-punch KO artist. I think that's one of the reasons Roach passed on Shane. The risk of one explosive punch would have been much higher with Mosley. It's why I think, win or lose, Pac will never fight Mosley.

Nah! He's just into boxing! Will reveal his name if pac wins! However, his name isn't important coz you wouldn't recognize his name.

If he is wrong on, menaing PAC loses, I'm willing to eat my crow! No problem. I'll drink my **** just like JMM to make the crow taste better :rofl:rofl:rofl

IMO, he didn't beat Clottey. Clottey lost that fight by not closing.
