A bloodtest immediately after the fight would have detected anything in the persons blood during the fight. If the person was on HGH during the fight, it would be detectable immediately after the fight. And if they test a week or two before the fight it would also be detectable. There is no reason to take someones blood days or the day of the fight.

 

What good is it testing AFTER they have both traded punches?
