    Yep.

Casa vs Freitas he started of like a train after the mid way point he faded big time and Casamayor nearly pulled it back in the end.

A lot of people did not think he could beat Casamayor..me included.

I had it a draw but he deserved credit for at least getting it that close. A lot did not think he had the skills to deal with a master boxer like Casamayor and his power was going to be for nothing against a good defensive fighter with a decent chin. Not many thought he could win a decision thats for sure.

That night and in many others fights he showed his raw athletic ability with his mix of speed and power was very hard to deal with when he was in his prime.

He had some wicked Ko's...His resume at 130 was relatively weak but it really doesnt matter that much because the win over Casamayor (even though it has a debatable element about it) is quite significant, and really is his career highlight. In hindsight his stoppage of Barrios seems more credible now.
I dont rate the win that highly, but Artur Grigorian was a very capable fighter in his day..Certainly was past it when he fought Freitis but a nice win on his record nonetheless.

I think he took his talent pretty far considering his durability wasnt sensational and he didnt really have a fighter's heart.

Kellerman thought Freitas was the second coming and rated him over just about everyone. This was until Freitas visited the canvas against Barrios, where Kellerman went from an avid Freitas fan-boy to calling Freitas 'vulnerable' in an ESPN article, and then the beat-down at the hands of "Chico" Corrales, when Kellerman flipped on him like much of the boxing public.

Zab was a nutcase but he was a first rate A level talent. Freitas was pretty good too in his time, he was definitely A level talent.

One of my favorite fighters at the time.

I forgave him for quitting against Chico but now hate him for quitting against Baby Bull.
