How do you rank the currently fighting boxers who possibly enter ATG top 100

    Jones Jr
    Hopkins
    Toney
    Mayweather
    PAC
    Mosley
    Barrera
Morales (still refuses to hang up)
    Holyfield (as Morales)

    maybe other borderline contenders:
    Marquez ... Wlad ..... ................. Haye :D ????

    hopkins
    holyfield
    pac
    mayweather
    jones jr
    toney
    mosley
barrera-morales(barrera would be ahead but morales beat jones and pac, guys that barrera couldnt)

IMO this is how they rank but Jones jr, holyfield and toney are subject to debate because the keep fighting on well past their best.

Impossible to split most of these guys TBH, I dont think its even possible or fair to have someone on this list 7 or 8 places higher/lower than another.

Maybe I`ll just highlight other peoples choices & leave comments, thats the easy way out :D

If pushed, Id say its between Pac, Floyd & Roy for top spot, they are likely 1st, 2nd & 3rd in any order.

I think your chin plays a huge role in your ranking as well, for the bulk of their career none of these guys have had chin problems. Toney, Hopkins, Mayweather, Barrera have never been KO'D(Barrera TKO'd). Holyfield had wars with his stoppages outside of Toney and Morales was at the end of the road against Pac. Pac was stopped early on but has shown a great chin for the whole decade, but Jones Jr.s chin keeps him from being higher. Those two stoppages to less than one-punch guys were brutal and hurt his stock and I'm a huge RJJ fan.

If thats the case, Morales & Toney might lead the way, might.

Does that mean Ray Robinson, Joe Louis, Ali, Roberto Duran etc. are subject to debate too? C'mon, accomplishments are accomplishments, no matter how many ****ed up performances you keep bringing the fans to tears with 15 years later.

There isn't a lot separating most of these guys, at a glance I'd go for this

    1. Jones
    2. Pac
    3. Holyfield
    4. Hopkins
    5. Mayweather
    6. Barrera
    7. Morales
    8. Toney
    9. Mosley

Barrera/Morales and Toney/Mosley can be switched without much argument.

RJJ - unbeatable in his prime h2h vs. anyone in history
PAC - Already an ATG and might still be peaking..scary
    HOP
Holyfield - great resume but win one, lose one against the greats aint good enough
PBF - Great skills 2nd only to Roy but weak resume no matter how you spin it.
    MAB/Morales
    Mosley
    Toney
    JMM

The borderline contenders are not even contenders.

    Marquez
    Wlad
    Haye

    In that order.

are you talking about Juan Manuel Marquez in the same sentence as Wlad and Haye? You really shouldn't. Record speaks for itself.
