I think triple G would - seen a video a little while ago where he was explaining/helping another fighter at his camp with some technique - looks like he would have an interest in mentoring and thats always a good start

Roy jones as said already is a top pick, same reason why so many people like his commentating - he has a great eye for the sport.

I agree with Paulie M. and Andre W.

I don't think Floyd and Bernard would be good trainers.

Wladimir Klitschko in my mind will be perfect. This guy read and know the game perfectly.

Bernard has become very level headed with age and I see the ability to maintain one's calm in the corner as a huge plus in a trainer. I don't know about Floyd, might be too much ego, kind of like Whitaker. Remember when Whitaker was training Judah? In between every round he'd say "FIGHT MY WAY! DO IT MY WAY!". That's not exactly constructive advice. I think ultra-talented and skilled guys like Whitaker get frustrated when their fighter can't execute. I could see Floyd being the same way. I could see Bernard being terrific though.

Kell maybe. I can't see Froch or Fury maintain their temperament when their fighter is in a close fight or losing a bout. When that happens a trainer becomes little more than a hype man and any of us posting on this forum could tell a fighter to "GET HIM OUT OF THERE!" or "FIGHT YOUR FIGHT!".
