    Take a look at this video of the actual meeting that took place on Tuesday.

    The official reading begins at around 3:30 into the video.

    The final decision where he is granted occurs at around 8:30.


    Pretty cool how official it sounds. The guy taping it sounds like he was going to have an orgasm when he heard the positive news!

    The thing that struck me about this commission is they really seem like they would have told Richardson, and his crew, to **** off had Richardson run his garbage mouth in New York.
