These typ of fights dont happen often enough. here we have a bunch of unskilled and totally uncooardinated bums who if you´d listen to them talk think they are "contenders" for some title. now one could get angry and say stuff like "those ****s are dreamers and would be blown into orbit by say sugarwladdy or ibragimov ..." or one could just sit back and enjoy the carnage!!!! Cause this was FUN !!! it totally reminded me of one time several years ago when i was in anchorage. i attended one of those "toughman" competitions, where some fatbellyed hairy (and often drunk) bums of the street put on boxing gloves and beat the **** out of eachother. ****, thats entertainment at its best!!! now i say, put on more fights like golota vs mcbride. they may be totally insignificant in terms of going anywhere beyond clublevel........but they sure are fun. much more fun than watching some new sensation vaporize some stiff! so bring on the next "bumfight"!!!! how about golota vs mike mollo?? or golota vs kali meehan?? or meehan vs mollo?? or golota vs TOS?? and "babybrains" joe mesi can join in too. he has reached that level!!!:happy :happy :happy :happy :happy
you may want to learn something about boxing one of these days. Golota is far from unskilled and uncoordinated. He was robbed against Ruiz and even at 40 could beat some of the top 15 heavies if he doesn't lose his mind.
yeah, golota is a technical gem man, stick to something that suits a gay....errr i mean guy like you!! figure skating???
Golota can beat palookas like McBride, and might beat aging former contenders like himself, but other than that - fuggedaboutit. :yep And these sorts of fights can be interesting and competitve, because when you put a declined former contender in with a journeyman or trial horse type, the skill level is probably pretty comparable. I've been saying for years boxing should have some kind of "seniors tour" where washed up former champs and contenders compete against one another. While the skill level would be degraded, the match-ups would be competitive. :nod
Golota can take on Wlad and Povetkin at 39, and probably with reasonable success. Watching the fight from behind the media people Golota looked superior to Peter, and Peter did damage to Wlad.
