Adalaide Byrd gives 5 rounds to Broner

    112-114 Porter? Seriously? Where do they find these fools? How can you give Broner 5 rounds? Just how? Before the fight I've said Porter should've won at least 8 rounds to outpoint Broner as I thought something like this would happen and it seems even 8 rounds wouldn't be enough for Porter.

    What a disgrace to boxing Adalaide Byrd is.

    Is that blatant incompetence or corruption going to be investigated - they are licenced to operate in the state? I do not know what the local system for officials is over there but surely someone in charge can say enough and ban her from judging.

    Yeah its a disgrace. I had it 10-2 Porter. I couldnt see giving him any more than that. I believe i gave Broner the 6th round and definitely the 12th for the knockdown which was a thing of beauty.

    im convinced this c unt is always on the take. she always has terrible scorecards in both boxing and mma and is almost always for the 'money' fighter

    Porter won by UD. The right guy won, that's what matters. Everyone whined about the CW before the fight, and how the fight would be fixed. Porter looked in great shape and won a deserved UD and people are still upset. These judges are seeing a different fight than people on TV. There where a lot of sloppy rounds in the beginning of the fight that were difficult to judge as well.

    If Broner was never given a deduction, it was almost a draw according to Adelaide. What a joke.This is not a bad day or a mistake, this is pure corruption. Ban her from judging for life.

    True, but she's supposed to be a pro. I agree that there were rounds that were really hard to score. Some rounds I had no idea who had won because Porter's work is hard to "measure". I can't tell if he's landing or not sometimes. In the replays, Porter looked a lot better in slow mo, his shots were landing clean when I thought they weren't.

    Good point. That was a very ridiculous decision as well. Whenever I see her name in a high profile fight, I will automatically assume the judging is corrupt and will never bet on it. This is not about bad scoring, this is corruption. She's sit there for a reason.
