Women belong in the kitchen, not scoring fights

If they didn't overturn Pac-Bradley 1, Lennox-Evander 1, nor Oscar-Tito, all of which were more egregious than last night's heist, I don't see them overturning anything.

One possibility that's realistic, though, would be the suspension of Addie Byrd.
(She's slated to 'officiate' at the Rigo-Loma bought in December).

Makes it seem like Ricky Burns vs Terrance Crawford was an evenly contested affair. GGG was totally dominated last night and on another night, Ricky might have gotten the nod against Crawford. Can come up some strange scenarios by comparing this card with other cards. It is comical. Aww well.

That's frustrating that judges do not bear responsibility for completely mishandling the biggest fight in boxing, that gathers attention from all over the world, and then they can get away with excuses like "it was an off night". It's not serious.

Boxing world clearly needs to re-think the concept of judges, their education&training, and responsibility they bear for the decisions made.

I scored for Canelo over both Trout and Lara.

Like Canelo last night, thy landed the more eye-catching shots.

But their best shots did little to move Canelo, whereas Cannel's shots affected both Lara and Trout significantly.
He laid more hurt on both dudes. Therefore, as I said, I scored for Canelo, even though he was outlanded in both bouts.

Last night, he was again outlanded, but in addition, despite having some of the more eye-catching shots, he was unable to lay any hurt on his opponent, who walked through his best.

GGG, however, put some significant hurt on the Mexican and constantly drove him backwards.

That the crowd, more heavily Mexican than Kazak, drowned out Cannel's post fight interview with boos, points to who they thought should have got the nod.

The general consensus seems to be this was a close fight. I would to see an investigation into how a professional judge can score a fight 118-110.

I think that score card should matter whether you think Camelot won or Triple G won or if it was a draw.

That score card is unacceptable. The fighters and fans deserve better.

Jacobs avoided the fight to begin with then showed up overweight on the rehydration rules. Still lost.

    Deal with it.

At the very least... Hopefully the backlash Byrd receives is enough so we don't have to ever see this corrupt ***** ever score a fight again.

I watched the fight with a friend. When the judges were announced I told him that
Byrd was a crap judge. Then when the fight ended and we both agree that GGG easily
won the fight I chuckled and said "it'll be a draw". He told me I was crazy and I told
him "you don't watch enough boxing, especially in Vegas"

GGG won by two rounds, IMO but there certainly were 2 or 3 rounds that were close so
a draw isn't a robbery. HOWEVER the 118-110 score from Byrd was insane. I can see idiots
on this and other sites defending that score but no one with any knowledge of boxing agrees
with it. Many ringside people had it close or a 1-2 round win for GGG or a draw. Associated
    Press had it 114-114.

If this was the first time Byrd had an insane score nothing more would be said, but it's
NOT the first time, and unfortunately won't be the last.

Off nite. Get rid of her. In a fight this big --- there are no "off" nites.
