Women will like a fighter or sports team because someone is "cute". Anyone that does this nonsense should not be taken seriously when making a judgement.

The fact is Adelaide Byrd is not corrupt, quite the opposite, she was the most HONEST judge in the arena, she wasn't interested in making compromises to please the masses, she called the fight right down the line because she has INTEGRITY!! And this witch hunt against her is based purely on sexism! I've read the disgusting comments "women should not be judging fights" and "a women's place is in the kitchen" and it is not on.

If you watch the fight again, with an HONEST open mind, and watch who is getting the most telling shots in EVERY round, then it is easy to see how someone could score the fight 118-110 Canelo. Just watch it again, that is all I ask for, and watch who is getting the BEST shots in all night.

And in fact, it is quite healthy to have female judges, there should be more, because historically, thousands of years ago when two men used to fight, it would be the female who would judge the fight and she would then mate with the winner so that she could produce stronger offspring. The woman who chose the weak men would produce weak offspring and their family line would die off very quickly.

While it is true that men are biologically better at fighting, it is actually females who are biological better equipped to judge a fight, hundreds of thousands of years of evolution does not lie. The science does not lie.

GGG should come out and tell the TRUTH, that he lost the fight, so that this mad witch hunt can end and Byrd can be reinstated for the rematch.

Well they kind of are actually. One of the things a judge has to look out for is hard and clean punches. To the untrained eye, it can appear as if a boxer is landing a lot of shots, when, in fact, most are being blocked or aren’t landing flush. A judge needs to look for hard shots that land clean. Canelo wins hands down in this aspect.

Also, they need to look out for EFFECTIVE aggression. The 'effective' word is very important, unless the boxer is landing shots and not constantly getting countered, it’s not exactly “effective.” So again, although GGG was the aggressor, it wasn't EFFECTIVE aggression.

Also, they need to judge the defense. How well is a boxer slipping, parrying, and blocking punches? Good defense is important. Canelo again wins this hands down.

So you see, Byrd was the only honest judge in the arena, the rest are basing their opinions on ignorance!

 

I understand where OP is coming from. It could be that Adelaide Byrd isn't corrupt; what it does mean is that Byrd doesn't know the correct way of scoring a fight looking at her prior controversial decisions also.

All I know is that if this continues at this level boxing rightfully will become a joke. I mean that decision sucked the life out of the fight.

 

And actually, if we total up the three score cards, for the cumulative number of rounds won, Canelo is the clear winner. So the only injustice here, is that GGG scraped a draw, purely because of a technicality in the way we award fights.
