They are cheap and do not require much work on the part of the promoter. There are plenty to choose from but they don't develop the home boxer with their often negative boxing style.

Denny marching forwards but I think Pauls landed some decent little shots.

Denny is growing in confidence, but he has to be wary of Pauls’ straight left hand which is catching him.

There should be at least 1 of these types of fights on each card. For example we’ll see Denzel Bentley Kieran Smith and Craig Woodruff Gavin Gwyne in similar types of fights.

 

At least they are competitive between two fighters who are coming to win. All cards should feature at least one minor title fight. Denny v River Wilson was a cracker too.
