Adam Booth Appreciation Thread

I wish they did more interviews with Booth, the man talks complete sense

 

Still won't fight tete though they will move up.

 

Remember thinking whilst listening to his interview, why don't Sky ever get Booth to do commentay.

 

High risk, low reward. If it was my fighter I wouldn’t either.

Booth is great to listen to, always insightful and an original thinker. A genuinely intelligent guy who would be successful in whatever he did. Compare his cameo in that IFL video to what we get from Nelson and Froch on Sky, and wonder what Adam Smith is playing at.

 

World class trainer, very thorough, good tactician and his fighters are always in top shape. And seems a decent guy.

Simply because Booth knows his onions and the casual fans would quickly realise that Adam Smith, Paula Smith, Carly Froch and Toni Bellew talk absolute pony

 

Spencer Fearon an absolute joke. How has he managed to wing it this long? Making obscure, irrelevant comparisons that nobody else can relate to brings absolutely nothing to a conversation

 

Agree. Never took him serious since he said GGG was only a plodder, how could you lol

 

Even PBC or HBO in America should hire him for commentary. He’s exotic to American fans and very insightful

 

Anyone see the workouts yesterday?

I know it doesn’t really mean much but it was impressive taking Burnett and Kelly on the pads at the same time.
