If this was Wlad making up all these excuses you guys would be giving him hell for it. The too tired thing is BS, no one's asking him to fight next week, just start talks. Otherwise, don't talk so much. The guy is 29 years old and wants to retire before he's 31. Vitali is gonna retire after this year so Haye doesn't really have a lot of time if he wants to beat both Klits like he said he would and if he's serious about retiring before 31.

How you gonna diss the opponents the Klits face while not facing them yourself? Wlad plain called his ass out, called him a *****. **** the games, just fight.

You guys can diss the Klits all you want to, make up excuses, talk about how great Haye is at promoting fights, what a good businessman he is, what a handsome, charismatic fellow he is and how you bust a nut when you see him fight but the things is this. This is the fight game and you have to fight eventually. Here are the facts.

Haye is the one who started running his mouth saying he'll do this and that, and Haye is the one who backed out of two fights. Haye is the one who kept changing his mind over the amount of time he'd need to get over his injury and now that Wlad called his ass out on that black and white vid, guess what? It's Haye's camp that's saying "we don't wanna think about opponents, he's too tired".

Think about this for a second, I mean really do. If the Klits had done all that talking and pulled the same **** Haye did above, mother****as would be calling them bitches. I'm starting to believe that Haye just doesn't want none.

IMO Haye ducked Wlad at 20the of june. But okay everyone can be injured.

But now it is obvious: Haye is ducking Wlad.

it' that the fight when haye wouldn't of got no money because his tv station paying his wage went bankrupt? ask wladimir if he'll fight haye for free, if he refuses, then using your logic that must mean he's scared of haye.

So the injury was fake then? He made it up cuz Setanta went belly up and he didn't wanna fight for free? I'm not saying he should fight for free but it's one or the other. Either he injured his back/hand or he was justified in faking it. Personally I don't buy it, but you never know.

So the 'breath of fresh air in the HW division' is in desperate need of a few breathmints. Only thing Haye brought to the division until now is a lot of frustration from the fans, instead of cleaning up the division he's making a mess out of it!

well setanta definitely went bankrupt not long before the fight was supposed to happen, and many believe with good reason that was the real reason haye pulled out. yes haye might of got injured, but it was quite clear before setanta went down that it was the only money haye was getting for the fight, so without that, he would of had to pay money out of own pocked to actually fight for a heavyweight title, that would of been a bit stupid for a worldclass prize fighter to do. like i said would wladimir fight against haye for free while haye makes the millions? i don't think so some how.

For starters Wladimir would never find himself in a position of having to fight for free. He's got endorsement deals, TV money, arena money, sponsorship programs and so on, like a real champion and boxing star. The fact that Haye (being the undisputed CW champ and all) found himself stuck in a situation of having to fight for free speaks volumes of his market value. Too bad Haye fans can't understand that. All they do is rant all day long how Haye is the draw, Haye is the star, blah-blah-blah.. Totally dillusional.

You do know that it was Haye's camp who demanded the Sentana cut? Wlad's camp are like "WTF? Are you sure that's really what you want?" and Haye's camp are like "Yeah, we are bigshot promoters, sure as Hell we know what we are doing"

Turns out that Haye is delusional about what he can do inside the ring as well as about being some sort of promotional genius.

I've been holding off on accusing anyone of ducking, but it's pretty obvious now that Haye is ducking the Klitschkos.

What happened to him fighting the Klitschkos "anytime" and "anywhere" and beating them both "easily"? Now when it's finally time to put the money where his mouth is, he suddenly is too tired and needs rest. Give me a ****ing break. The way he was talking before, you'd think he'd go to the ends of the world to get a chance to fight a Klit, and now he's TOO TIRED?

It took him A YEAR to fight Valuev after Barrett, and then another 5 months to fight Ruiz. This isn't exactly a frantic schedule. And EVEN if he needs rest, why not sign the fight, while there's a chance, and then rest for a few weeks? The fight would probably be in the fall, so there's plenty of time to rest before resuming promotion/training. But he'd rather just lose the chance to make his dream fight?

That's it. He's run out of excuses. He's clearly ducking the Klitschkos.

He said he'd fight them both but here's the thing. He knows this is big bro Vitali's final year in boxing, then he's retired. He's talking about waiting a month before starting negotiations? Who's that with? Vitali or Wlad? Haye you need to get things ****in moving. That promise to take care of both brothers is bull****. Booth said they'd prefer Vitali's title, but I believe he's only saying that cuz he knows Vitali is done after 2010. Haye can then claim the big man retired cuz he was scared and that he really wanted to face Vitali. It's seems pretty clear, Haye doesn't want none. Like you said, he talked like he was willing to fight both Klits on the streets in their hometown.

Were PPV numbers for the Ruiz fight ever made public? I remember reading about the Valuev numbers but the Ruiz numbers were never discussed publicly to my knowledge.
