Well Showtime picked up Vitali vs Peter, so there was some interest from an American network. As for Klitschko vs Chambers, HBO has never expressed interest in Eddie, so it should come as no surprise that they didn't but this fight. As for them losing money that just shows how little you know about HBO's business. HBO is not a commercial driven network, they are a subscription based network, which means unless HBO actually lost subscribers due to a Klitschko fight they have literally never lost money on Klitschko.

Again....evidence? His ratings were clearly good enough for them to sign a multiyear deal with him after he won the championship from Byrd. Since Vitali's comeback, all but one of his fights have aired on HBO. I don't know the ratings. Then again, I would be foolish enough to claim that I did without a shred of evidence.

American debut. Are you guys really trying to argue that when David Haye fights in the America it won't be on HBO?

HBO is not going overseas anymore. They lose too much money. It's a time problem for the event also.

Calzahge - Kessler. That taught them.

Haye's with goldenboy, and they always get on HBO, unlike the Klitschko's, who's boring style is made for the quiet ass german theatre crowd, where you can hear a pindrop.

So the guys pulling **** out of his ass, typical Klit hugger.

I'm not insulting you. You are stupid. That's an established fact. And if you want to go into insecurites, be a doll and show me your degree in psychology. As for being a *****, I have been in the ring and I can handle myself....But occasionally I also like to crack a book. :good

In all honesty, I'm waiting to see what Haye does after Adamek-Arreola and Meehan-Chagaev. I have a feeling that they would jump at a chance to fight either Adamek or Meehan should either of them win, as opposed to Arreola or Chagaev.

If Haye's next fight is against Adamek or Meehan, then I will have been proved right. Wlad wants the fight with Haye. If Haye can get a good contract now (and he should), then I don't see why he wouldn't take it..... unless he's ducking.

Oh please, they went overseas for Povetkin vs Chambers but they won't for Haye even though they are, as you say, "clamoring" for him. Give it a rest. They don't lose money on something that is budgeted because they are a subscription based network.

As for American debut, they need not send a crew over, it is called a tape delayed broadcast.

For starters the only ***** here is you. Only someone who is a real life ***** would be so ascerbic online. Now, ********, I have seen Hauser's articles, and he doesn't talk ad nauseum about the Klitschkos. Instead he criticizes things like GBP never ending mismatches, and while Klitschko vs Johnson might have bombed, I don't know if it did, Klitschko vs Arreola is still the highest rated WCB program they have had in something like three years.

Povetkin - Chambers was 08. as I said they are not doing the oversea thing anymore. Clear example was the Klit - Chambers fight. They don't lose money but they don't gain any. So they can take off 2 klit fights and make 3 sopranos or"the wire" which bring them many subscriptions.

 turns out you are the one who doesn't understand the business.

oh by the way genius, the American debut will be when he fights in America and HBO will broadcast the live event. Showtime has already done the tape delay.

It's also been noted that HBO feels boxing news is all over the net these days and it takes away from tape delay.

It's only been about a month in which Wlad went nearly 12 rds with Chambers and he's already calling out Haye. Why isn't he saying he "needs rest?" Step up to the plate, Haye. You don't need rest to negotiate for the biggest fight of your career.

This guy just continues to sidestep. Not looking good for Haye fans.

Cos he fought a ***** who ran for 12 rounds, and maybe one time did a judo move on him.

Haye fought a warrior, who was making his last stand, and went out on his shield.
