I don't see this fight happening. Haye will talk but at the end of the day he has always had an elevated sense of what he was worth and still doesn't have a pro to negotiate the contract. Either Klitchko can sell out stadiums in Germany and do well. Haye doesn't have the draw and will never get 50/50. He simply doesn't bring the fan base.

When you factor in PPV sales it's more like the other way round. Haye sells a lot of them now, and would probably fill Wembley for a Klitschko fight.

Haye failed big time trying to put together what he promised for the first Klitchko fight and then pulled out when his ONE income source that he negotiated for himself went bankrupt. I don't know the numbers David pulls, but I doubt they are as big as you are trying to make out.

800k for Valuev in the UK. I guess, relatively speaking, that would be a PPV figure of around 4m in the US.

WK sells out stadiums in Germany KOing American bums and Haye does the same in England. He does have the fan base.....the MEN is a big arena.

He is trying to unify his second weight division as well! This fight will happen so long as Haye receives a fair share of the purse!

It may happen, but it won't happen for a long time. Haye seems more than content to make money with his Hayemaker promotions and I doubt he will risk a big fight when he has rematches and mandatories that are much easier for him. In spite of a nice few fight against old veterans, Haye would likely be a big underdog against Klitschko.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding here, but are you saying 800 thousand pounds is 4 million dollars. If so, the figure is more like 1.2 million dollars.

that right there is the real issue as to why this fight may not come off

To much risk for DH at this point. He just got his belt, his promotional Co is just clicking. I dont think he will risk all that so soon

The population in America is about 5 times bigger. So 800,000 buys is the equivalent of 4 million in america. That was his point.

Lol! Yep :yep Haye couldn't knock out Wladimir ...why don't him and Booth try Vitali next :hey

I know that's sadistic. But I would love to see Haye get put out face first
