I generally don't think its fair to compare trainers. However Booth is a decent strategist and psychologist. I would say Sims, McCracken, Gallagher, Nelson, McGuigan and Ingle have all sown positive attributes. McCracken has obviously done a great job with the amateurs and Froch. Sims did very well to keep Barker's style consistent and I believe he did well to help Mitchell. McGuigan appears to be very technical and shows leadership and harmony. Ingle is solid and maintains consistency across his boxers and Gallagher seems to create a gtreat gym ethic. One thing I would say about Booth is that Lee appears to be more calm and more confident on the inside game. It is possible the switch has taken a slight shine of Lee's outside game because he appears not to throw combinations as much (which were devestaing when he did) but over all he has a better all round defence and mental state. I would also argue that Booth has had to rush his style on Andy where as Manny had him for the best part of a decade. So like I said comparisons don't seem fair to me, I prefere to highlight each coaches noticeable traits.

Very good coach, no doubt about it. Only thing I wonder is why he doesn't have more fighters? Makes me wonder, as other fighters have left him fairly soon after joining him, is he that good or does he just have a marmite type of personality?

Hardly . He is still getting hit with almost every punch. Wide open. In fact Andy never got dropped till he joined Booth, now he gets dropped routinely almost every fight.
If anything he has regressed. Just on a lucky streak, thats all.
