He said he has also heard rumours that Fritz Sdunek has told Vitali not to fight Haye.

Booth also said he would be "very surprised" if Vitali takes the fight as he has visibly slowed down.

Ofcourse they're going to say that Vitali is scared, that Fritz has warned him about not fighting Haye.

But lets scroll back a while and we see, Fritz didn't want Vitali to fight Chisora, and we all know how that turned out.

Vitali does not have to fight Haye.

Vitali 2011: "I want to knock out David Haye"
Bernd Boente 2012: "David, you fight Chisora and the winner fights Vitali"

Millions of $$$$ to be made! #duck

has David suddenly gone broke that he's begging begging for a Klitschko payday?

No suddenly about any of this. Haye's been attempting to get a response from Vitali for months.

    Honest question.

How does this answer from Booth, in response to a question put to him by a journalist at a George Groves press conference, equate to David Haye begging for a payday?

Talking about paydays, it was Vitali begging for a David Haye payday even after his brother had already beaten him. He say the money his brother earned against Haye and wanted a similar pay cheque, hence why he spent a year telling the press how he wanted to fight him.

I like how people think that the Klitschko's are some opportunity to earn huge amounts of money when their selection criteria for opponents is who's willing to accept the smallest purse

Amazing how 1 fighter can not sign a contract twice... after having a long history of ducking the other champ... the same contract that supposedly now is fine.
But the other guy is ducking.

    Long live ESB logic.

Well, after that Vitali spent a year calling Haye out. Then they told Haye to beat Chisora to get the Vitali fight . . . Now nothing.

Haye can bring Vitali huge PPV numbers and a guaranteed live gate sell out.
Thats sounds like a David Haye payday to me.

Oh I see, you're one of those Klitschko fans who wants to rewrite the way boxing works. Cool.

Haye has had how many years of chances to fight both of them?
But after acting like a primma donna this entire time and him blowing his chances its Vitali's fault?

Everybody knows your a hater but get real.
Either way im fairly convinced that Vitali is hanging themup and just arranging things so Wlad can fight for the title.

Not sure why Vitali is not jumping at this opportunity to cash in. This sounds like a win-win situation for K2. If Vitali loses, the Haye fights Wlad for another huge K2 payday. If Vitali wins then he retries on a solid top 10 win.

What's there to think about? If he wants to quit then he should announce it right now rather than holding on to his belt.
