And a cruiserweight reign. Vitali been nothing but a paper champ his whole career. His legacy isn't anything to gloat about.

Haye beat Mormek (who Bell already beat and unified all the titles) and Glass Jawed Enzo. Some legacy that is.:rofl:patsch

    1. Completely dominated is a huge exaggeration. He lost in a very uneventful fight.

    2. What makes you think that my argument for Haye deserving a shot at Vitali revolves around him losing to Wlad?

I stated my points of why they should fight without even mentioning Wlad.
In fact ignore my questions and don't bother replying. I hate getting reeled into discussions by idiots.

After reading through all of this (mostly) **** here are the arguments and what I think is a logical response to them.

Vitali is ducking haye... I don't think vitali is ducking haye, but I think those around him don't want the fight unless it is on their terms. Those terms being David haye takes a much lower percentage than he brings to the table. Haye vs vitali would make I would estimate 3-4 times more than vs any other fighter in the division. Because of that haye has more bargaining power than any other opponent out there. So basically vitalis team have to be willing to move and Haye needs to accept that vitali earns more. No options either way.

Haye doesn't deserve a shot because he got beaten by wlad... If Ali got beaten by Frazier does that mean he is not allowed to fight foreman. (Not comparing haye to any of those fighters, just an example). Wlad is vitalis brother but that are not the same person or boxer.

Haye doesn't deserve a shot at vitali, what has he done?... As much as people may disagree with it haye is top 5 in the division by all organisations I think. You may say he has beat no one but he beat 1 of the champions, an ex champ who was ranked highly at the time (not that I agree he should have been) and his last fight was against a previous title challenger who looked competitive throughout. Also haye got fast tracked in the division as he was cw unified champ when he moved up. This is why Pac and mayweather get fast tracked in divisions when stepping up. (Not saying haye is as good as them or anywhere close, just using this as an example).

Vitali has the right to retire... Yes he does but 1. He has told haye for years he would knock him out, why not back up his words? 2. He will earn a lot of money from it, his career high pay day. 3. The only reason I can see for him turning it down is due to injury and risk. If it is injury then he should state that and retire. If it is risk to legacy he should retire and stop holding everything up, like Lennox did.

I am sure there was a lot more stuff to cover but these seemed to be the main arguments.

Haye is nobody , why should Vitali pay attention to some british can crusher who only fought bums and then lost to Wlad?

David Haye is tempted to return for a fight against Vitali Klitschko
    • Briton is prepared to lower his pay demands
    • Heavyweight fight could take place in March 2012
David Haye has stated publicly for the first time that he could come out of retirement to fight Vitali Klitschko, the WBC heavyweight champion, possibly in March of next year, in news that will not be a surprise to the boxing world. Haye is prepared to drop his pay demands to ensure the contest happens.

Yes I will answer that, he got offered an awful deal for fighting vit initially and got offered a lot more money to take on valuev and pick up a title which would make him much more equal in negotiations. This proved true as he got a very good payday fighting wlad (who was the number 1 in the division, whereas vit was number 2).

Haye was told fight chisora and you will get a shot so the fight was set up and then after the contract was all sorted vit "apparently" said no I want you to fight me not Del Boy. Neither of us know what really happened there but vits team told haye to fight Del Boy and only after that was agreed did we hear from vitali.

Because bar beating a domestic journey man he's done **** all since that.

You're simply unable to comprehend anybody other than Haye 'deserving' a shot at the World titlest Vitali despite Haye clearly not being in a better position than Povetkin, Pulev, Chagaev, Cunningham, Stiverne, Thompson, etc. You're stuck in this pathetic tag team mentality. "Just cause Haye got dominated by Wlad means he has every right to now fight his tag team partner despite doing jack ****".

    False.

Who have haye fought, shot to **** ruiz, old bum barret, king of bums harrison, chisora who lost to fury and Vit? Valuev who lost to chagaev and holyfield? Who the **** is haye? Why can't he fight povetkin, adamek, fury, arreola, pulev . Why I need to listen to brittard bull about how good is haye and how he knocks everybody out in those "dream fights"? Why can't he fight 3 times a year and clean HW division out?
