    People put too much emphasis on training, a good coach! is somebody who connects with fighters on a emotional level.

    There are allot of football coaches out their who can teach sessions like Jose Mourhino, but can they coach individuals and connect with them emotionally...?

    This is something i have seen with Eddie Hearn, his fighters seem to love him.

    All great con men on the streets have this life skill.

    Harry Redknapp connects with his players emotionally. He is that good, he can connect with other teams players emotionally and turn their heads.

    The media love him, all he has to do everyday is drive in circles around the training ground, and keep winding his window down at the gate.
