They have to. They have a major contract with RTL. Ard could never match the cash RTL can give. Booth knows damn well the brothers have a contract with RTL and cant have a fight on another station.

That would be like the brothers demanding that Haye put a fight on another network even if he has a contract with Sky. Haye would not be able to do it just like the brothers cant... Booth knows thisatsch

 

The brothers cannot be on german TV other then RTL.... just like Haye and Sky...like I said..Booth knows this... sounds like a demand that booth knows full well the brothers HAVE to say NO to.

 

They aren't asking for the fight to be on any other channel, just that the one which brings the most money, shows it. If all stations bid and RTL wins, which it would, they'd show it on there. It seems to be a formality, just to keep the Sauerland network sweet and at least say "We gave you a chance".

That's all this is. RTL would win, so they should go ahead with that.

There's no way Booth would demand this, if the Klitschko's didn't have room to move. It would be totally ridiculous.

I posted a link (with Google translator) where the RTL sports division vice-president was asked if RTL would allow Klitschko to box on ARD in order to unify the belt with Valuev (in 2007).

you dont get it. it doesnt matter who brings in the most. the brothers are under contract.... they cant do it

let say Sentanta was still around.... that would be like the brothers asking haye to get the top bidder out of Sky and Sentanta even though the brothers know Haye cannot fight on sentanta because he has a contract with Sky that forbids it
